What Is Heaven Like

My friend just died

Everyone wants to know

"Where is he now"?

He talked of heaven

and wasn't afraid

to die

He said "heaven is

the best place to be

for all eternity

There

is

God

and

Jesus

on your

side

No more sickness or pain

No more tears that fall

like rain

It's always happy and joyful

New things to do each day

Beauty always

in everything you see

Music sounds

all around

Animals are kind

and unafraid

The lion lays down

with the lamb

It will be an eternity

of love, joy, peace

No more sleep

awake always

to see beauty

So, my friend said 

to me

Look Forward to Heaven

The Place our Lord

will be

To bless us with

unspeakable joy

In His 

Presence

for 

Eternity
